What started as a way to unwind after work quickly became a passion for perfecting the art of fresh pasta. That passion eventually led me to Florence, where I trained and qualified as a master of pasta at the Italian Chef Academy.
Before founding The Pasta Studio, I spent over 13 years working in tech and digital marketing — experiences that shaped both my creativity and my commitment to quality. I started this space to turn my love for cooking and connection into something real: a place where I could share fresh, handmade pasta and the joy of making it with others.
